Flat Roofing

At Pacific Ridge we offer two different types of flat roofing material, PVC and TPO. Based on the home, environment and specific needs of the customer we determine what application is best suited for you.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a single ply flat roofing solution used on commercial or residential roofs. It has a lower percentage of oil and petroleum making it lightweight and durable. It's mechanically fastened and thermal welded at the seams.

TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) is a single ply flat roofing membrane. It's made of a single layer of synthetics and reinforcing scrim. Like PVC it's also mechanically fastened and thermal welded at the seams and can also be installed on commercial or residential roofs. It has UV resistant qualities that can help reduce home energy consumption. TPO is the most economical of the two applications.
